Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer phone calls and providing exceptional service
- Updating client accounts and scheduling services for arenaflex technicians
- Providing detailed notes and dispatching updates to technicians
- Processing payments, refunds, and low-level escalations
- Upselling specials and promotions to customers

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
