Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and emotionally intelligent Personal / Executive Assistant to support leadership with day-to-day operational, administrative, and strategic tasks. This is a fully remote role requiring someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate has high emotional intelligence (EQ), strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage sensitive information, and keep our Founder/CEO focused on high-impact work.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel logistics Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and document key notes and action items Draft, edit, and manage emails, communications, and reports on behalf of executives Organize digital files, documents, and internal information systems Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making Relationship & Communication Management Serve as a professional point of contact for partners, clients, and team members Use strong interpersonal skills to manage communication across different personalities and priorities Handle sensitive or confidential matters with discretion Strategic Support Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems before they arise Provide insights or suggestions to improve systems, scheduling, or communication processes Assist with planning events, initiatives, or special projects Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal awareness Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Highly proactive, self-directed, and reliable in a remote work environment Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting founders or senior executives Experience working in remote or startup environments Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.Com and Slack) Key Traits for Success High emotional intelligence and situational awareness Calm under pressure and adaptable in a fast-moving environment Anticipates needs rather than waiting for instructions Strong sense of ownership and accountability Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
