Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Director, Customer Operations Support at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing and executing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a High-Performing Team: Provide coaching, development, and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Developing and Executing Strategic Plans: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business objectives to inform data-driven decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Collaborating with Senior Leadership: Drive business growth, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement process improvements in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Overseeing Outsourcing Contract Strategy: Manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive workforce optimization.
- Leading the Invoice Team: Ensure timely processing, auditing, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensuring VCG Security Compliance: Coordinate mitigation and remediation of security findings, and manage global clearance procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong combination of leadership, strategic, and operational skills. Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or a related field.
- 8+ Years of Relevant Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in customer operations, telecommunications, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of People Management and Leadership Experience: A proven track record of developing high-performing teams and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets and driving cost savings.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
