Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll provide phone and email support to our customers, collaborate with distribution centers and customers, and embody the arenaflex spirit. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity that runs through March 2026, offering a unique chance to gain valuable experience, develop your skills, and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional phone and email support to our customers, showcasing our products and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating daily with distribution centers and customers, both remotely and in-office, with a preference for those located near our Mountain Studio
- Managing the support queue, addressing customer inquiries within established KPIs, and articulating product information in a clear and concise manner
- Upholding Gladly agent standards, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
To succeed as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
- Intermediate computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, with a passion for outdoor apparel and apparel knowledge a plus
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with a team
- Versatility, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing situations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
