The Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and friendly demeanor will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Schedule and Flexibility
We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexibility to our contractors. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, within client and contract hours of operation. This means you can choose when you work, as long as you meet the minimum requirements.
Earnings and Revenue
As an arenaflex contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client and your performance metrics. You can expect to earn between $14 and $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting or exceeding client and performance targets.

- Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- An operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area

Contractual Relationship
As an arenaflex contractor, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. We'll not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
