Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Escalate urgent cases: Identify and escalate urgent cases to senior team members or management, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-solving ability: A proven ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using computer software, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms.
  • Self-motivated and reliable: A self-motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Stable internet connection: A stable and reliable internet connection is required for remote work.
