Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Travel Specialist – Work From Home, you'll be the face of arenaflex's customer service team, providing exceptional support to clients through various communication channels. You'll act as a travel consultant, researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs, while also utilizing various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
- Act as a travel consultant by researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
- Utilize various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel reservations and payments, providing timely and effective solutions

Essential Qualifications
