Experienced Live Chat Support Agent – Remote Customer Service Representative (Day and Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely, professional, and helpful responses to customer inquiries via live chat. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with product/service questions, order tracking, account issues, and basic troubleshooting
- Providing accurate, clear, and concise information to customers
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems
- Meeting performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and chat handling volume
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in live chat or email support (preferred but not required)
- Excellent written communication skills and strong grammar/spelling
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable using chat platforms, CRMs, and other online support tools
- Fast and reliable internet connection with a quiet remote workspace
- Typing speed of at least 40+ WPM with high accuracy
Shift Availability
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with the following shift options:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on scheduling needs
