Responsibilities and Duties
As a HealthCare Data Entry Specialist – Project Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Referral Management team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Internal and external communication to ensure seamless coordination with referral sources, patients, and healthcare providers
- General organizational tasks to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Providing essential details to referral sources via Referral Management software, including NaviHealth, Strata, CarePort/WellSky, EnsoCare, and Northwest Medical Center
- Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Compiling data and creating pivot tables within Excel and other software applications
- Meeting deadlines and working well under pressure to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect sensitive patient information
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to follow an issue through to its conclusion and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- A background in home care or healthcare is a plus, but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and team members

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
