Responsibilities and Duties

As a HealthCare Data Entry Specialist – Project Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Referral Management team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Internal and external communication to ensure seamless coordination with referral sources, patients, and healthcare providers
  • General organizational tasks to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Providing essential details to referral sources via Referral Management software, including NaviHealth, Strata, CarePort/WellSky, EnsoCare, and Northwest Medical Center
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Compiling data and creating pivot tables within Excel and other software applications
  • Meeting deadlines and working well under pressure to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect sensitive patient information

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • The ability to follow an issue through to its conclusion and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • A background in home care or healthcare is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and team members

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
