Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex employees, responding to queries, concerns, and benefits-related issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex benefits-related issues and provide guidance on benefits-related policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's benefits programs, including eligibility, enrollment, and administration
  • Communicate benefits-related information to employees through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Analyze and report on benefits-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve benefits-related processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs
  • Provide support for benefits-related events and activities, such as open enrollment and benefits fairs

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, benefits administration, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in benefits administration software and systems, including ADP, Workday, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Certification in benefits administration, such as CEBS or GBA
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's benefits programs and policies
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including COBRA, FMLA, and ERISA

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including COBRA, FMLA, and ERISA
