The Role

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing answers, and resolving issues for our clients in a timely and compassionate manner. You'll be the spark that brightens days and makes a lasting impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role:

* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving
  • Computer experience, with a strong understanding of technology and software applications
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in
  • A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for helping others
