Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Seasonal Customer Service and Support Representatives to join our Work from Home team in San Antonio. As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll be the front line in providing a remarkable experience for our members and providers. You'll be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries regarding new and existing member and provider accounts, effectively diagnosing customer needs to ensure all are addressed, including benefit eligibility and claim status.

Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll:

  • Effectively communicate with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
  • Help customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status
  • Assist in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
  • Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
  • Accurately document information exchanged during each call
  • Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail

  • Contract role for a minimum of 3 months up to 6 months
