Job Summary
As a Virtual Assistant - Live Chatter (Social Media), you'll be responsible for providing prompt and friendly responses to customer inquiries across various social media platforms. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, maintain brand voice consistency, and stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you'll handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships with our clients.
Contract Length and Rate
* No fixed term contract
- $35 per hour rate
Skills and Background Needed
* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
- 10+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connection
