Job Summary

As a Data Entry Administrator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our loan officers and other teams with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with loan officers to complete tasks such as sending disclosures, ordering title, and ordering evidence of insurance

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities

* Experience with loan processing software and systems

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures in the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with data entry and document management systems

  • Certification in a related field, such as mortgage banking or financial services
