We're seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our TPA Customer Care area, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing deep relationships with advisors, unbundled plan sponsors, and third-party administrators operating within our 10M - 200M market segment. As a strategic partner, you'll offer innovative and tailored solutions to meet our clients' business objectives, such as retention, growth, and retirement readiness.
About the Role
As a Relationship Manager within our TPA Customer Care area, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with advisors, unbundled plan sponsors, and third-party administrators to drive business growth and retention.
- Collaborate with TPA, plan sponsors, and advisors on plan features, investments, retirement readiness, services, and new opportunities to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct plan level health reviews to assess and improve client plans, ensuring they meet their business objectives.
- Problem-solve complex issues that arise in client relationships, providing expert guidance and support.
- Offer innovative and tailored solutions to meet clients' business objectives, driving growth and retention.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years of retirement industry experience required, with a strong understanding of Qualified Plans and unbundled experience (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution).
- Must become an associated person of arenaflex Securities, Inc.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
- Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and oral and written communication skills required.
- Must be assertive and entrepreneurial, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
