Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our clients navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support via phone, email, and online chat
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams
Qualifications
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet required; not compatible with mobile internet service providers or satellites)
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
* Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly
