The Role
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in creative problem-solving, time and task management, and multitasking.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound/Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently: Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and provide a positive experience for every customer interaction
- Manage customer accounts: Update customer information, resolve issues, and provide technical support
- Application Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our systems
- Online chat inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online chat
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies: Understand and adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
- Creative problem-solving skills: Develop and implement creative solutions to complex customer issues
- Flexibility and adaptability: Adapt to changing projects and updates, and be flexible in your approach to meet customer needs
- Time and task management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing: Complete required training and certifications to ensure expertise in our systems and processes
Qualifications
* Moderate to Advanced computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
- High level of comfort learning new technology: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- High level of professionalism: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Comfortable working from home: Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
- Self-motivated and success-driven: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role: Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on technical support
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act: Knowledge of health insurance products and regulations
- Previous experience in a Call Center: Experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and technical support
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices: Knowledge of customer relationship management systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
