Job Description- Pega CDH Campaign Analyst Location-Remote Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Pega CDH Campaign Analyst to support customer engagement and decisioning initiatives using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The ideal candidate will work with business and marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize customer campaigns and next-best-action strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage campaigns using Pega CDH.
- Support Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies for customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Configure customer segments, decision strategies, and engagement policies.
- Monitor campaign execution and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness across channels.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for campaign performance tracking.
- Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Maintain documentation for campaign processes and configurations.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Strong understanding of campaign management and customer engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of decisioning, arbitration, and adaptive models in Pega CDH.
- Experience with customer segmentation and analytics.
- Good understanding of SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega CDH certification is preferred.
- Experience working on customer engagement or marketing automation projects.
