The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to calls, voicemails, and emails within one business day. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information, and assisting with various inquiries
  • Communicating with insurance carriers to verify client policy details, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Managing and responding to emails promptly and accurately, providing clear and concise information to our clients
  • Supporting the sales team by handling post-policy inquiries and resolving client concerns, recognizing opportunities for up-sells and forwarding to licensed agents as appropriate
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service or call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on developing your communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team
