Job Overview
As a Remote (Work From Home) Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with eligibility, enrollment for Medicaid, and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange. You'll utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver top-notch service to Maryland consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide crucial information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers
- Assist with eligibility, enrollment for Medicaid, and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange
- Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills:
You must have excellent communication skills in English or Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities:

Technical Skills:
You must be able to navigate and utilize various online systems effectively, including the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems.
