Job Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with inquiries regarding their account balances, withdrawals, and fund transfers
- Providing outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Participating in training to develop skills necessary for a Financial Customer Associate role
- Engaging in team activities and well-being support during work hours
- Working collaboratively with a cohort of associates to enhance customer service skills
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- The ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication
- Listening and compassion skills to support the challenges of diverse customers
- Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in various work environments
- Self-motivation and strong social skills
- The ability to type 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar test
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, experience in customer service or call center environments, as well as familiarity with financial products and services, would be a plus.
