Key Responsibilities
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Strong customer service and written skills
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens
- Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices and receive payment for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. Independent contractors may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- The background/credit check requires a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor

- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
