Remote Office & CRM Coordinator — Electrical Contractor
Job Description
A1 Power LLC is a growing electrical contractor serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area. We are looking for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented Office & CRM Coordinator to help manage incoming leads, customer follow-up, scheduling, CRM updates, and basic sales support. This is a remote role, but the person must be available during Eastern Time business hours and comfortable communicating with homeowners, property managers, vendors, and the owner. Responsibilities - Answer and return customer calls, emails, and messages - Enter every lead into the CRM - Schedule estimates, EV charger consultations, and service calls - Follow up on open estimates and unscheduled leads - Send appointment reminders and basic customer updates - Track lead source, job status, estimate status, and next follow-up date - Help request Google reviews from satisfied customers - Maintain a weekly lead and follow-up report - Build and update lists of commercial prospects, including property managers, HOAs, storage facilities, retail centers, and facility managers - Send approved intro emails or follow-up messages to commercial prospects - Keep the owner informed of urgent calls, hot leads, and missed follow-ups Requirements - Strong phone, email, and customer-service skills - Very organized and detail-oriented A1 Power LLC - Remote Office & CPosting Page 1- Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, email, and online scheduling tools - Able to follow a process and update notes clearly - Experience with a contractor, home-service company, property management company, real estate office, or service business is strongly preferred - Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently - Available during agreed Eastern Time business hours Nice to Have - Experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, restoration, or other trade service businesses - Experience with Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, JobTread, HubSpot, Monday, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, or similar tools - Experience calling or emailing property managers and commercial prospects What Success Looks Like - No leads are forgotten - Customers get fast responses - Estimates are followed up consistently - The CRM is always up to date - The owner has a clear weekly list of hot leads, open estimates, scheduled jobs, and commercial prospects Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:
