Part-Time Ecommerce Website & CRO Specialist (Shopify | Conversion Optimization)
Responsibilities: Review website performance and identify conversion opportunities Recommend and implement improvements across: Homepage Collection pages Product pages Cart / checkout flow Mobile experience Navigation and UX Analyze user behavior and site friction points Develop A/B test ideas and prioritize tests Improve conversion rate, AOV, and customer journey Implement light website changes in Shopify Provide weekly recommendations and reporting Our Environment: Shopify DTC ecommerce Premium sports / football brand High traffic seasonality Founder involved in brand and creative direction Requirements: Experience improving Shopify conversion rates Strong understanding of CRO principles and ecommerce UX Comfortable implementing changes directly (not strategy only) Experience using tools such as Shopify Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, A/B testing tools, etc. Strong design judgment without over-designing To Apply Please Send: 2–3 Shopify stores you improved Specific conversion improvements you achieved One homepage or PDP change you made that moved revenue Your weekly CRO process Estimated weekly hours available Engagement: Part-time (approximately 2–5 hours/week to start) Ongoing role if fit is strong Looking for someone proactive who can own recommendations, not wait for tasks Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
