Role Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for leading strategic partnerships with schools and districts across your region. Your primary focus will be on driving the adoption and growth of our platform, ensuring that educators have the tools and support they need to succeed. This is a high-impact role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Own a portfolio of school and district relationships, driving measurable outcomes such as adoption and engagement, content and communication, intervention and success tracking, renewals and growth, and leadership and strategy.

  • Develop and execute customized onboarding and renewal plans, ensuring seamless implementation and maximizing the impact of our tools.
  • Coach teachers and administrators through change, providing guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our platform.
  • Design and implement interventions to boost adoption and engagement, using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Secure portfolio renewals and grow expansion revenue by building strong cases with data, storytelling, and strategic relationship-building.
  • Contribute to the development of our CX playbook and internal systems, bringing strategic insights to cross-functional meetings and mentoring junior teammates.

Qualifications/Competencies/Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • A hunger for ownership, working with urgency and taking initiative to drive results.
  • Technical savvy and a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build deep trust with educators and district leaders.
  • Leadership skills, inspiring others and offering coaching to customers.
  • Strategic thinking, balancing long-term planning with short-term urgency.
  • Experience in SaaS Customer Success, preferably in a high-touch or strategic role.
  • Comfort leading commercial conversations around renewals, expansion, and pricing.
  • Technical proficiency in managing tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and LMS integrations.
  • Experience in Edtech or direct classroom/admin experience.
  • Comfort and availability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in K through 12 EdTech.

  • Background in education as a former teacher, coach, or school administrator.

Compensation Range
