Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and executing tailored strategies that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and product adoption. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their goals, challenges, and pain points, and develop data-driven insights to inform your strategies. With a strong focus on relationship-building and stakeholder engagement, you'll be the primary point of contact for our largest and most complex customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success strategies that align with customer goals and company objectives

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with annual contract values of $2M+ ACV
  • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders across all levels and business units within an organization
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and product adoption for assigned portfolio
  • Leverage insights into client needs, market trends, and financial metrics to inform customer success strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and deliver presentations and discussions to engage executive stakeholders and drive business decisions
  • Analyze complex issues and develop actionable strategies for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience managing enterprise customers with portfolios of $2M+ ACV per client

  • 6+ years in customer-facing roles, including customer success management, account management, or consulting
  • Proven experience working within or supporting Fortune 500 companies or similarly large organizations
  • Expertise in customer strategy development, including data-driven insights and best practices
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop actionable strategies
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills to align internal teams and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with data and technology, including analytics, APIs, and SQL

  • Familiarity with customer success platforms and tools
  • Certification in customer success or a related field
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
