Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Marketing Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive customer marketing program to increase referenceable customers, published case studies, and engaged advocates throughout North and Latin America.
- Collaborating closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify opportunities for customer engagement and advocacy.
- Designing and implementing targeted campaigns to drive customer advocacy, including social media, email, and content marketing initiatives.
- Managing and analyzing customer feedback and sentiment through third-party review platforms (e.g., G2, Gartner Peer Insights) and reference management tools.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer advocates and thought leaders in the industry.
- Analyzing program effectiveness and making data-driven decisions to optimize customer marketing strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing and advocacy.
Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Marketing Manager at arenaflex, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, advocacy, or post-sale engagement programs.
- Proven success working with Customer Success and Sales teams, ideally across multiple segments or regions.
- Hands-on experience with third-party review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights) and reference management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of customer marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.
