Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Support Associate to join our help desk department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our technical teams to resolve complex technical issues. Key Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using technical skills in computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and IT infrastructure

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues, escalating issues as necessary
  • Utilize IT service management (ITSM) processes, incident management tools, and ticketing systems to manage and resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and technical skills
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and support goals

Requirements

* Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues

  • Technical skills in computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes, incident management tools, and ticketing systems
  • Experience with remote monitoring tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently under pressure
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring end-user satisfaction
  • English, both spoken and written
