Job Summary

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide expert-level support

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a technical customer support role, preferably in a software or technology company

  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using helpdesk software and other technical tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex products and services, or a similar technology company

  • Certification in technical support, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices
