Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product/service

  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
