Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and effective sales strategies

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the technology industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices
  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
