Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Services Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answering phones, making hotel reservations, and processing payments
  • Checking guests in and out, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with questions about the campus, organizing and updating hotel room status, and contacting maintenance for facility repairs
  • Performing financial operations, including depositing funds and maintaining records of transactions
  • Receiving and processing customers' orders, maintaining files and records, and performing a variety of clerical tasks
  • Maintaining an inventory of office supplies, data processing, opening and sorting mail, and assisting with bulk mailings

Minimum Qualifications

* Requires six months of coursework or training beyond high school in Business Administration and one year of retail or hospitality experience, or an equivalent combination of education and expertise

  • Knowledge of retail or hospitality operations, computer and office applications, and customer service skills
