Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Director at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving the satisfaction, retention, and growth of key clients within the fast-moving Gig Economy space. You will develop and nurture strong relationships while expanding our footprint through a consultative, tech-savvy approach. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to navigate complex operational and technical environments, and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor—ensuring clients receive measurable value while driving the adoption of arenaflex solutions across their enterprise.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Director at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Being a trusted advisor to your clients and the "go to" person for their strategic account needs
- Becoming an expert in the staffing industry and utilizing your subject matter expertise to understand each client's organizational dynamics
- Identifying and developing multi-level relationships with key decision makers to ensure retention and relationship stability
- Maintaining ownership of your book of business of approx. 8-12 accounts, worth several million dollars
- Navigating complex issues, both technical and non-technical, and using sound judgment and data to make decisions that are best for your clients
- Conducting regular business reviews using value-add propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programs
- Mapping client business requirements to arenaflex's technology capabilities, identifying gaps, omissions, and process optimizations
- Championing successful client outcomes and innovating ways to improve our service delivery
- Developing strategic account plans to grow client revenue and achieve world-class client satisfaction
What You May Need to be Successful
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of Client Success Partner (or Account Management) experience supporting enterprise-level clients
- Proven success in account management/client success/sales
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior-level decision makers within organizations and successfully handle objections
- Familiarity with API's and ATS integrations
- Strong program management, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills to deliver clear messages and create positive, impactful experiences for clients
- Prior experience in the Gig economy is preferred
- A 4-year degree is strongly preferred

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000-$110,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
