Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk - Typist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry operations at arenaflex. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, maintaining data integrity, and supporting other departments with their data needs. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including but not limited to: + Customer information + Sales data + Inventory levels + Financial reports

  • Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams, using tools such as:

+ Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets + Data visualization software

  • Support business decisions with data-driven insights, by:

+ Identifying trends and patterns in data + Providing recommendations for process improvements + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs

  • Maintain and update dashboards for ongoing performance tracking, using tools such as:

+ Google Data Studio + Tableau + Power BI

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand data needs and provide support, including:

+ Sales and marketing teams + Customer service teams + Operations teams

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (further education or certification in data management is a plus)

  • Previous experience in data entry, data management, or administrative coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with data entry software and databases is preferred (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, data analytics)

  • Experience with data visualization tools and software
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
  • Certification in data management or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Analyst)
  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
