Job Summary
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks. You'll work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Day in the Life
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:
- Collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
- Troubleshoot and assist with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
- Partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborate with field training teams as needed
- Assist in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
- Provide exceptional customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers
- Assist with data entry, processing support tasks, and other front-end pharmacy duties as needed

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
