Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Part-time Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, maintaining accurate digital records, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing phone assistance to customers via inbound calls, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answering a high volume of calls every shift, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward a diversity of customers
- Understanding and effectively communicating our offerings, policies, and procedures to customers
- Maintaining accurate digital records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Full-time residency in New York State
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Ability to clear a background check
- Stable home internet connection
- 1-2 professional references
- Ability to start on Monday, July 28
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
