Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving growth, retention, and satisfaction among our customer base. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer relationships

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
