The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist on our Client Experience team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers, lenders, and independent agents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to high volumes of calls and emails from customers, lenders, and agents
- Handling general servicing requests for active policies, such as billing inquiries, system navigation, policy document requests, and policy changes
- Processing requests across multiple insurance carrier systems and maintaining updated records in our agency management system (Salesforce)
- Managing clerical and administrative tasks related to policy servicing, as needed
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Customer Service: Direct experience working in a customer-facing role with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech Savvy: Above-average technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Solution Oriented: A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to figure out solutions without explicit instructions
- Self-Driven: The ability to thrive under pressure, manage a large workload, and take ownership of tasks
Licensing
While a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is not required to apply, you'll need to obtain one within 90 days of your start date. We'll provide guidance and support to help you prepare for the P&C exam in your resident state (Kansas or Missouri).

Location and Schedule
Our office is located in Overland Park, Kansas, and our Customer Support team is available Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm CT. Your schedule will be either 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, depending on your needs.
