What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new customers across EU markets, guiding them through setup and training to ensure a seamless experience
  • Providing exceptional support to customers via email, chat, and video, particularly where language or local context matters
  • Building long-term relationships with your assigned accounts, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Monitoring account health, usage, and risks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Helping operators get more value from arenaflex, surfacing opportunities, and promoting key features to drive revenue growth
  • Utilizing tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe to track progress and inform decisions
  • Serving as the voice of the EU customer, sharing insights to improve our product and service

What we're looking for

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with:

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, or Italian
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Experience in SaaS, onboarding, or customer support is a plus, but not required
  • A calm and patient demeanor, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
