About the Role As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the setup process, providing training and support, and building strong relationships to drive adoption and growth. With a focus on English and Italian, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers in these languages, helping them to get the most out of our software and achieve their business goals. How Will You Make an Impact? As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll have a significant impact on our customers' success and our business growth. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill: * Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their arenaflex account, connections, and training on the system via phone calls and screen sharing calls in English and Italian. * Understand customer objectives and potential to correctly set up their account and assist them during the customer journey. * Provide a consultative approach to customers to ensure a proper utilization of arenaflex's software. * Analyze the customer base and work proactively with your pipeline of customers to improve the adoption of arenaflex's suite of products and drive upgrades or upsells. * Gather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements, and new functionalities, passing it along to the Product team. * Work together with other departments (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to maximize value for customers. What Makes You a Great Fit? To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some key requirements: * 1+ year as an account manager/onboarding in a high-growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree. * Tech-savvy with an ability to fully understand our software. * Native/Near native level of English and Italian. * Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers in a consultative manner. * Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way. * Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented. * Fast learner and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment. * Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred. About the Role
