The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues, answering questions, and exceeding customer expectations. Your enthusiasm, optimism, and positive energy will shine through in every interaction, making you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Put the customer first, prioritizing their needs and concerns
  • Adhere to your schedule with punctuality, meeting productivity targets and forecasting
  • Identify opportunities for site and process improvements, notifying management and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Regularly check in on your objectives and analyze your progress against them, striving for excellence in every aspect of your role
