Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Processing customer orders in accordance with established company standards and procedures.
- Resolving routine and complex problems, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
- Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
- Documenting activity in our DDF system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Consistently checking DDF screens for report results to call back to customers.
- Entering orders manually via our fax process and operating the phone system effectively.
- Adhering to work schedules and performing other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work independently and as a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and execute them efficiently.
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute, with strong computer knowledge and proficiency.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Medical terminology experience preferred but not required.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- High-speed internet access for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and support.
- Experience with medical terminology and coding.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, including CRM and DDF systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting customer needs and resolving issues.
