The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Booking appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Spanish
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
- Providing information and explanations to clients, answering questions, and resolving concerns
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in both Spanish and English
