Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Data entry: Demonstrating proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with the ability to pass an Excel proficiency test.
  • Quality assurance: Performing quality assurance on other contractors' work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills: Storing pertinent documents into Adept, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Multi-tasking and adaptability: Adapting to changing conditions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with mappers, supervisors, contractors, construction personnel, and other managers, providing clear and concise feedback and questions.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.

  • Conduct quality assurance on other contractors' work, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Store pertinent documents into Adept, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear and concise feedback and questions.
  • Adapt to changing conditions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with the ability to pass an Excel proficiency test.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Familiarity with Adept or similar document management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
