Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Healthcare Benefits Concierge

Your Impact:
As the Healthcare Concierge (Customer Support Specialist) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing members' requests (tickets) with the highest priority being to deliver a quality product and fully inform members about their benefits and the best ways to use them within the shortest time possible. Your role will be to interact with members via telephone and chat to assist and support an appropriate level of care. This may include making inbound/outbound calls to members and/or providers to assist in scheduling appointments and closing gaps in care. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Searching for doctors, clinics, and other healthcare facilities that suit the members' needs most accurately and conducting further communication with the providers
- Partnering with your leadership team, the practice administrative, or clinical staff to determine the best strategies to support the practice and our members
- Providing a WOW experience and care to arenaflex's American customer base
- Collaborating with the Member Services Team to resolve complex issues and improve the overall member experience
Your Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 6 months of experience in the Customer Support/Service field
- Proficiency in the English language (Upper-Intermediate+ level)
- Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to ask questions, gather relevant information, think through solutions and conclusions
- The ability to adapt to frequent change
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to understand and leverage the most effective channels for communicating with others (internally and externally)
- A high level of Empathy, presented in daily interactions with customers and peers
- Good computer literacy skills in Office Suite and Google Programs
- The ability to work sufficiency both individually and as part of the team
- A solid level of Accountability, including the ability to follow through on commitments, take responsibility for work, and deliver work on time

Work Environment and Company Culture:
arenaflex is a remote-first company, which means that you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and at any time. However, you must reside in Poland and be available to work during US core hours, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST (14:30 - 23:00 CET).
