Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant, Customer Information Management, you'll lead a portfolio of work aligned to key business units, prioritizing initiatives that enhance customer experience through data-driven communications. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a portfolio of work: You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects that drive customer experience improvements through data-driven communications.
- Consulting with stakeholders: You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into clear, actionable data and audience requirements.
- Designing and delivering data solutions: You'll design and deliver data that powers personalized customer communications across channels, including email, text, digital, and direct mail.
- Streamlining audience data flows: You'll streamline and standardize how audience data flows across systems to improve efficiency and impact.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You'll work closely with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Championing customer-centricity: You'll champion customer-centricity, ensuring that all audience data solutions are designed with the customer in mind.
- Driving continuous improvement: You'll drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to data tools, processes, and governance.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Typically 5 or more years experience: You'll need to have typically 5 or more years experience in data warehousing, statistical analysis, and marketing/customer data models and queries.
- Detailed experience with problem solving: You'll need to have detailed experience with problem solving in a business environment, working with large customer and/or prospect databases, and working with product, geographic, demographic data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Expert knowledge in computer-based analytical tools: You'll need to have expert knowledge in the theory and application of computer-based analytical tools.
- Advanced knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet, business intelligence, and database warehousing applications: You'll need to have advanced knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet, business intelligence, and database warehousing applications.
- Proficiency in developing ad hoc queries using SQL: You'll need to have proficiency in developing ad hoc queries using SQL.
