Your Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally: Provide exceptional service to our clients and their members.

- Accurately documenting call details: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Job Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years or older: Meet the minimum age requirement.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent: A minimum educational requirement.
- Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service: A proven track record of stability and commitment.
- Have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days: A strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Be able to type at least 25 WPM: Meet the minimum typing requirement.
- Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download: A reliable and fast internet connection.
- Have a secure, private work area at home: A dedicated workspace that meets our security requirements.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends: A willingness to adapt to changing schedules and meet business needs.
