As a Customer Success Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the face and voice of our company for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with arenaflex by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a high volume of small spend accounts
- Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Collecting product and operational feedback from clients and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
- Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
Qualifications
We're looking for a passionate business builder at heart who is:
- 0-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, support, operations, or customer success
- Gainsight experience is a plus
- A strong desire to be in the technology space
- Able to complete tasks quickly and have a high level of productivity
- A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
- Have a solid track record of achievement, with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
