What You'll Do

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Reassuring callers who may be panicked about their missing pets, providing empathetic and supportive communication
• Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet-parents, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Providing a positive experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service and support

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role
• A High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
• If remote, a quiet designated work area at home, free from distractions and interruptions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
