What You'll Do in This Role

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Be an amazing problem-solver, leveraging your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Offer additional products and/or services to enhance the customer experience
  • Deliver expert customer experiences, with a smile

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Technical support experience, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and client products
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with a eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
